Despite the enormous benefits and advantages of the development of civilization, we also collide with its negative effects and consequences. As a result of an increasingly fast-paced lifestyle, the pressures of the world around us, and the ever-increasing expectations and demands of society, we are experiencing more of the consequences of such a lifestyle, precisely in the form of stress. Both children, adolescents and adults experience it and its effects on many levels. During the meeting:  you will learn what stress is;  you will learn about reactions to stress;  you will learn what decisions we make as a result of stress and what their consequences are;  you will learn how to deal with stress;  you will learn what stress has to do with school.
