Musical "1989" in Szczecin

"1989" is a bravura musical co-produced by the Juliusz Słowacki Theater in Krakow and the Gdansk Shakespeare Theater. It will visit Szczecin already on May 9! I am sending an offer for group orders. On stage, we'll see phenomenal actors affiliated with the Gdansk and Krakow theaters, a great musical ensemble performing all the songs live, and extraordinary set design. Events known from newsreels and history books will come alive on stage viewed through the eyes of three fascinating couples. In the lives of the Frasynikovs, the Walesa's and the Kuronis, ideas compete with love, enthusiasm collides with the weight of history, and heroism is intertwined with family tragedies. Viewers will accompany the characters in iconic moments - during strikes in the shipyard and at the Round Table - but also in intimate moments of joy and suffering experienced in the privacy of communist-era apartments or prison cells.
