We would like to invite you to visit the modern resort Rezydencja Familia, located in a secluded and picturesque part of Swinoujscie, away from the hustle and bustle and crowds of tourists.

We offer comfortable rest in 45 rooms for 1, 2, 3 and 4 people and studio rooms. For families, we also offer 11 apartments equipped with one or two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette.

Each room has a Smart TV with broadband internet access, which is free of charge, a bathroom and a balcony. Tasteful and elegant interior design, maintained in subdued colors will make your stay pleasant.

We provide our guests with tasty and varied buffet breakfasts. We provide the use of paid underground, lockable and monitored garage and for cyclists there are two bicycle storage rooms, with the possibility of recharging batteries and making minor repairs.

At the reception, you can get acquainted with the bicycle routes of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the tourist attractions of the 44-island area and hiking trails to suit every level of difficulty.

We offer a spacious dining room, a bar, a children's play area, a comfortable lobby and a cardio exercise gym.

Our great asset is also a beautiful, well-maintained garden from the charm of which our guests, including the youngest ones, eagerly use.
The sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away. Our resort is the perfect place to spend a unique holiday by the sea.
