The California incense cedar

This tree can grow up to 60 m high, but this happens very rarely. Typically, commonly found specimens measure up to 30 metres. The treetop is very slim and symmetrical, hence the tree looks as if it were trimmed a moment before. 

The specimen growing near the kindergarten measures 24 m in height. The girth of its trunk is 1.75 m.

It is on the premises of the kindergarten and is taken care of by the staff and pupils.

It was announced a natural monument under the Resolution of the City Council in Świnoujście in 2005.
