The area of the Old Town

There are several interesting historic buildings in the old town. These are city fortifications, the town hall, the Post Office at Wojska Polskiego Street 9, a residential building with a tower at Głowackiego Street 5, as well as a residential building at Wojska Polskiego Street 13. Most of the historic buildings in Maszewo were built in the 19th century. The town hall was built in 1821-1822, and the courtyard in 1855. At that time, the streets in Maszewo were paved, lanterns were installed, and the buildings were numbered.
