Monument to the White Eagle

The monument to the project of Estera Kiersztyn and Krzysztof Jankiewicz was unveiled on May 6, 2011, and it was built thanks to funds obtained from sponsors and contributions from residents. In a symbolic, simplified way, it shows the silhouette of an eagle with outstretched wings, made of metal. It was placed on a stone pedestal, on which there is also a plaque with the inscription: “God, Honor, Fatherland. On the 65th anniversary of Poland's liberation for the heroes of the struggle for freedom and independence, the society of Świnoujście”.
