The church is in the central-western part of the village. Near the gas station "Bliska" and the Castle of Kamień Bishops. Nearby there is also the Okonie lake and provincial road No. 108 runs. Accessible by car or public bus.
The church in Golczewo was constructed of stone in the 15th century as a single-nave structure. Above the entrance to the temple there is a wooden choir gallery. In the main altar, in a gilded frame with rich acanthus decorations, there is a painting depicting the patron of the church. Below there is a richly decorated tabernacle with figures of Saints Otto and Adalbert. In the left side altar, there is a painting of Our Lady of Częstochowa, in this part of the church there is also a painting of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The right-side altar is consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, there is also the image of Merciful Jesus. Attention is drawn to the neo-Gothic copper baptismal font from 1886. A wooden, baroque pulpit has been preserved from the old furnishings of the church. The windows of the temple are enchanting with stained-glass windows depicting scenes from the Bible and the saints of the Church. One shows a scene of handing over the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven to St. Peter, the scene of the Crucifixion in another, there are also Blessed Teresa Ledóchowska and St. Maximilian Kolbe and Bl. John Paul II.
