Located in the forest at Lake Wicko Wielkie, the marina is owned by the Maritime School in Świnoujście. A slip is available. The marina also has a parking lot and a camping site. The banks of the canal leading to the marina are home to beavers.

It is also a part of Szczecin Lagoon and part the old marshland of Świna. The marina is affected by the narrow and shallow channel leading to it. On the banks of the channel, groups of beavers can be observed. You have to watch out for any fallen trees or branches. The marina has been the base for sailing for young people from Świnoujście schools for many years. The harbour area is fenced and monitored, and there is water and energy available. Sanitary facilities are in aesthetic containers. The marina is located in a forest– and the dock is sheltered from strong winds and surge. It should be noted that insect spray repellent may be required, as in Łunowo mosquitos can disturb water sports enthusiasts. Conditions in the harbour are quite basic. When sailing into Łunowo, you might want to bring your own supplies, as the nearest shop and petrol station is around 6 km away.
