FORESTS REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE OBSERVATION TOWER

1. The Observation Tower is open:

• from May 1 to September 30 on Saturdays and Sundays from from 9.00 to 17.00,

• on other days of the week by prior arrangement at the Szczecinek Forest District, tel. 94 374 36 11, 94 374 36 79, szczecinek@szczecinek.lasy.gov.pl2. A maximum of 5 visitors can stay in the tower at one time.

2. Children under 10 years of age may climb the tower only under the supervision of an adult.

3. Entry to the Tower is possible only with the consent of the person supervisory.

4. Persons whose condition indicates that they have consumed alcohol or substances will not be admitted to the Observation Tower.

5. It is prohibited:

• throwing any objects from the tower,
• climbing the barrier of the observation deck,
• climbing the tower's facade,
• drawing on the facade and inside the tower,
• littering inside the tower and in its immediate vicinity,

6. Persons violating public order or the provisions of the regulations will be asked to leave the facility.

7. Smoking is prohibited in the Observation Tower.

8. The Szczecinek Forest District is not responsible for damages and accidents resulting from violation of the regulations.

9. In case of unfavorable weather conditions the tower will not be open to visitors.
